The SL/HT series steam desuperheater is a kind of modern equipment widely used for energy saving. The desuperheater consists of two assemblies, namely the atomization equipment for desuperheated water and the combined pneumatolytic unit. The atomization nozzle implements atomization for the desuperheated water with high pressure, which spreads in high-temperature steam current. The combined pneumatolytic unit forces the desuperheated water revolving, shearing and breaking and evaporated at the inner surface of the gasification unit so as to reduce the temperature of high temperature steam. The desuperheater features simple structure, high efficiency thermo-reduction, low energy consumption, less investment, easy operation and simple installation and repair.
