SJFM-1 Metal cartridge polishing filter is a tubular filter made with steel-fiber sintered filter cartridge, in characteristic of large flow rate, high filtration accuracy, low pressure loss and can be washed for further application for liquor and gas filtration.

SJFM-II multi-layer polishing filter with 5-layer stainless steel wire sintered cartridge is characteristic of large flow rate, high filtration accuracy, low pressure- loss and reliable and stable technological process. 3、SJFM-III polishing filter with metal powder sintered cartridge
The key part of SJFM-III polishing filter is a micro pore metal powder sintered tubular cartridge with features of with features of high-temperature and erosion resistance, uniform pore distribution, good permeability, big mechanical strength, easy wash for regeneration for liquor and gas filtration.
SJFM-III polishing filter suits to liquor and gas filtration for filtering accuracy of 0.01~100μm.
Main usage of SJFM-III polishing filter includes filtration of heat-conductive oil, hydraulic oil as well as preparation of asepsis gas.
4、SJFM-D polishing filter parallel converted backwashing filtering system
The filtering system adopts wash-regenerated metal cartridge as its filtering element for long-term balanced continuous operation with manual and PLC control modes. The basic operating principle is illustrated in the following diagram.
